Founded in 1977 by Patrick Evans and Trevor Harch, Evans Harch Pty Ltd is one of the largest privately owned construction companies in Queensland.  Both Directors are actively involved in the overall running of the company where Pat Evans is responsible for construction and Trevor Harch for estimating and general administration.

The company’s base is solid and wide with no exposure to high-risk projects.  Current annual turnover exceeds $140,000,000.  The company operates from its wholly owned premises at Kunda Park on the Sunshine Coast.  During its thirty years of operation Evans Harch has been a Construction Industry model of reliability, quality and stability.

The company is a major contractor of the Queensland State Government and other Authorities including the University of the Sunshine Coast, where Evans Harch has been responsible for construction of the majority of the campus to date.  The company has carried out work throughout Queensland including remote areas and offshore islands and is one of the largest regionally based contractors in the state.  Work undertaken includes commercial, industrial, residential, health, education, tourism and highrise projects.
